“Joining Generation Kenya as a Volunteer Mentor provided me with a platform to showcase my interest in Youth employability, career development and empowerment. The program enabled me to connect and train the Digital Customer Service graduates through coaching, CV writing skills, interview tips and inter-career transitions. I am very grateful that my mentees were able to land a job opportunity within the first week of mentorship. I am calling upon all the young people who may be stuck and could not get themselves from unemployment to join Generation Kenya.”
