Generation Programme Kenya (GPK) undertook the SNA to understand the status and requirements of skilled manpower in various job roles in the T&A industry. The study engaged industry representatives, Universities and TVETs, private training providers, relevant government departments (including training authorities), and trade associations. Furthermore, the research study aligns with the broader goal of fostering industry-academia-government collaboration, which is essential for promoting skill development, enhancing workforce readiness, and driving sectoral growth.
