I aim to build a career of impact. One that enables me to work in complexity, to build ideas, nurture and mentor leaders, and in doing so, create positive ripples in this life. I bring 15 years of experience at the nexus of venture philanthropy, education, youth livelihoods, gender, and strategic innovation. I am a Founding Director of Save the Children Global Ventures and recently served as a Principal with Imaginable Futures, a global impact fund. In the past, I have established businesses and organizations and led highly matrixed teams in the deployment and implementation of innovations across Africa, impacting millions through nationwide initiatives centered on education, digital transformation, and youth development. I currently serve as the youngest global board director for Save The Children International and Save the Children Association impacting over 100 million children across 122 countries. I am a 2021 Archbishop Tutu Fellow, have been listed as "30 Most Promising Young Entrepreneurs in Africa" by Forbes, a 2019 Obama Africa Leader, and a 2021, 2022, and 2023 Choiseul 100 among Africa's economic leaders of tomorrow. I am an avid writer, speaker, and contributor on issues of youth development, gender, venture philanthropy, and leadership. As a mentor and AoEC certified executive coach, I am passionate about Africa’s youth and empowering female leaders. I am a builder, a champion for others, and a changemaker whose "mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”
