I have a strong track record of building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of learning and development, and achieving results that exceed expectations. I am also skilled in customer relationship management, agile methodologies, service delivery, and software development life cycle. I hold an associate's degree from NIIT and a certification in ITIL V3.
