The time frame varies depending on the role , program and training calendar. At Generation we have also trained over 28,000 learners and have a huge pool of Alumni , our guarantee is that we can provide screened candidates in less than one week. In order to also serve you better , we can work with your pipeline needs and curate specific trained cohorts to match your onboarding schedule.

How much do you charge per candidate hired?

We are very flexible with our fee metrics, when you hire our learners we offer a 1 year free of fees, thereafter we seat and discuss with you on your cost per hire metrics, we then together come up with a flexible fee that is tailored to your specific need. Charging can also be in kind where you provide us with training spaces and also equipment.

How sure are you that the candidates you are sending to us for interviews are suitable candidates?

Generation graduates undergo a very rigorous selection process pre onboarding into the program, they are then screened for fire in the belly to ensure that they are a perfect fit, thereafter they are trained. Once the training is complete they undergo an employer talk session that provides them a reality check on work expectations, they then undergo mock interviews to ensure they are a perfect fit for the job they are about to interview for.
