What our graduates are saying
Everlyne Njeri
Generation graduate
“Before joining the program, I was taking a catering course and had employment experience as a waitress. In my free time, I used to attend dance lessons. Unemployed for a year due to age limits, the program became a turning point. Communication, a thrilling topic during the program, transformed me from an introvert to someone with enhanced communication skills. I never imagined taking a course that required excellent communication for mindset change and influence. After graduating, I landed a Merchandising job at Tropikal Brands Afrika. Handling orders, arranging displays, and ensuring product alignment became my routine. The program empowered me to run a business, manage pressure professionally, meet my needs, support my family, and interact freely with people. No regrets; the program played a significant role in my life.”
Yvonne Adhiambo
Generation graduate
“I did hospitality and food and beverage in artisan, but when money ran out for further studies, I had to pause. I shifted to sales, which was commission-based and contractual. Craving stability, I joined the Generation Programme. Though I used to dislike sales, the program changed my perspective, and now, I enjoy it. Goal-setting stuck in my mind, motivating me to push forward. Thanks to Generation, I achieved my goals. After the course, I landed a job as a Sales agent at Engie, managing stock and maintaining records. The program instilled honesty and punctuality, leading to a promotion from sales agent to an administrative role. I urge Generation to continue its programs, helping others like me.”

What does Distributed Sales do?
Distributed Sales involves selling products or services through different channels or locations, rather than just one central place. It means spreading out the sales process to reach more customers in various places. For example, if a company has products in different stores or online platforms, and people are selling them in different locations, that’s distributed sales. It helps businesses reach a wider audience and make their products available in multiple places. The focus is on expanding the reach of sales efforts to connect with customers wherever they are, creating more opportunities to sell products or services.
